
This savy kindergartner saved up all of her dojo points for a whole school morning hallway dance. She chose the song, "Bye, Bye, Bye. " I think our teachers enjoyed it just as much as the students!

Today's spirit day at PCES was to dress like a teacher. They nailed it!









Students in Mrs.O'Hern's Science class learning about exothermic & endothermic reactions and since it's the season, they made fake snow to demonstrate the concepts.

Congratulations to Marshall Holocker who won his age division in the Oglesby Elks Hoop Shoot Free Throw Competition ! Nice job Marshall!


Congratulations to our snowshoe pros! Aiden got 2-1st place golds and is headed to state. Hayden earned 2-2nd place silvers. Max received 1-2nd place silver and 1-3rd place bronze. PCHS is very proud of them!

Congratulations to Hannah Heiberger on receiving the Good Sportsmanship award at the Sectional Championship.


Congratulations to the 8th Grade Lady Pumas on winning the sectional championship and advancing to the state tournament! Back to back trips for these Pumas!

Ms. Erickson's class had a special guest today for their holidays around the world reading unit. Southwest Airlines pilot Dave Burr came and spoke to her class about flying & traveling around the world. He read with them too. He showed many pictures of his day as a pilot.



The three primary reasons for an author's purpose are to Persuade, to Inform, and to Entertain (PIE). Mrs. Frund's class played a game today to help remember this acronym and they even convinced Mrs. Balestri to play! She was lucky the first time around but not the second time!



These super smart Mathfact Masters knew all of the math facts we have introduced. They were so excited to show off their Mathfact knowledge. Of course we celebrated with a hallway yee-haw!
